Welcome to MDF cut to size online. Here, we will explain a little about the product, what we do and how you can place an order with us using our website.

You only pay for what you need. No mess, no off cuts & no cut offs! Simply go to the order online page put your sizes into the boxes where indicated select the thickness you want and you are minutes away from producing your own cut list online. Follow the instructions on the left hand side of the page and it will guide you through your order and updating it if required. Up to the right of the order online page you will notice some small coloured shapes appear as your cut list grows this shows you the shape of the piece you are ordering.

We’ve just added “populate my details” into the final payment stage to make ordering quicker for you taking the credit card address details and placing those into the delivery section if they are the same. Our London-wide delivery service charge of £15.00 (£23.00 if in Red Ken’s anti-motorist hotspot) is added to every order until it reaches the final stage when you enter your address. If you are in our free delivery area this will be removed at point of sale. A full list of delivery postcodes is available to the left of this page. MDF cut to size offer the finest quality MDF from manufacturers mainly within Great Britain and some (about 10%) Europe. Medium Density Fibreboard is made from 50% wood pulp 25% recycled materials and 25% from sustainable forests. This produces a high quality board with low formaldehyde certified to BS EN 622 Class A and meeting the European E1 standard. Standard MDF board sizes are 2440mm x 1220mm (or 8 foot x 4 foot). We stock the standard thickness range of 3,4,6,9,12,15,18,25,30mm (?) and 38mm boards. Oversized MDF boards are available up to 1830 x 3660 (6 foot x 12 foot).
